We are currently seeking the resources to develop a touring production of four of Millicent Armstrong’s one act plays. The premiere will be at the new Goulburn Performing Arts Centre (GPAC), as part of their inaugural Festival of Regional Theatre (FORT) on Sat Oct 1st 2022. Then on Sunday 2nd Oct in the arvo we will perform on the shearing stands at the Gunning Showground (wet weather option being the hall), and on Monday 3rd Oct in the afternoon at the Picture House Theatre in Gunning’s main street.

We presented readings of these works last year as part of the Gunning Arts Festival, which confirmed our belief that these forgotten works, and their author, should be better known, and that these plays have something valuable to offer a contemporary audience, particularly rural and regional audiences.
